Phantom Edition Battle Pass Rewards Missing – EA Support Fails to Help
I purchased Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition for PS5, which is supposed to include additional content and Battle Pass rewards. However, I have received absolutely none of the Battle Pass rewards.
I have followed all instructions provided in the Q&A and by EA support agents, but the rewards have still not been delivered. I have now engaged in over seven separate 1:1 chat sessions with support, and each time I am told to "wait" with no resolution or timeline provided.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a premium edition expecting full content, yet EA support continues to ignore the issue and fail to fulfill its obligations.
I am posting this publicly because private support channels have proven ineffective, and I want EA to acknowledge the problem and deliver the missing rewards immediately.
