Pre-Order Content Missing

Hi there,

I pre-ordered on Jul 31, 25. On launch morning, I wasn't able to get access to the game and it kept saying I need to purchase a license. (9am~PST).

I decided to refund the game and purchase again right away to see if i could fix it.

In my haste to play BF6, I realized that I lost my pre-order bonuses. 

Is there anyone here that can help me get it back? 

I really don't want to be punished for being excited and a fan.

I have order confirmations and receipts.
