PSA: Mouse Input is finally fixed in the game!
Hi everyone,
We’re glad to see reports that the latest update has resolved or significantly improved the mouse input/stuttering issue for many of you.
To address the comments about the update cadence, we understand that waiting for infrequent updates can be frustrating. However, we only post when we have confirmed information to share. Posting repeatedly just to say there is no new information would not add anything useful to the thread or help players following the issue.
When we ask for detailed system information, it is because those reports help us pass clearer, more useful information along to the relevant teams. Thank you to everyone who provided those details and continued testing after the update.
Please keep the discussion constructive. Feedback about the issue is welcome, but sarcastic remarks aimed at individual staff or comments targeting other players do not help the conversation.
If you are still experiencing mouse input or stuttering issues after patch 1.3.2.0, please share your updated details clearly, including your mouse polling rate, FPS cap, monitor/VRR setup, full PC specs, platform, and whether the behaviour changed after the patch.
Here’s what would be super helpful for us to know:
- Mouse mode (wired or wireless)
- Mouse polling rate (e.g. 1000Hz)
- Whether you’re using mouse software (like Razer Synapse)
- Where your mouse is plugged in (PC, monitor, hub, etc.)
- Keyboard model and connection type (wired/wireless)
- Keyboard polling rate
- Whether you’re using keyboard software
- Where your keyboard is plugged in
- Monitor model
- Full PC specs (CPU, GPU with driver version, RAM)
- Full Windows OS version (not just "Windows 11")
- Whether Gsync or VRR is enabled
- Full screen mode (fullscreen, borderless, windowed)
- Which platform do you play on (EA app or Steam)
- Any overlays active during play (Discord, EA app, Nvidia overlay, etc.)
- CPU and GPU usage percentages while playing
- Whether the issue improves with a framerate cap (e.g. 125 FPS)
The more details you can share, the better we can help. We know it’s a lot to ask, but this is the only way we can ensure the right information reaches the team and moves things forward.
