I purchased the BF6 Season 2 Battle Pass after already fully completing it.
Before purchasing it, I already had 600 BFC (300 free from Season 1 + 300 free from Season 2). I then bought the “Season 2 Starter Pack,” which included 500 BFC, bringing my total to 1100 BFC. I used those 1100 BFC to purchase the full Season 2 Battle Pass.
On the Battle Pass page, everything appears as unlocked and the game correctly shows that I own the Battle Pass. However, when I check the actual items in my loadout/customization menus, they are still locked.
I also did not receive the 800 BFC rewards that should have been granted retroactively from the completed Battle Pass tiers.
I own the game through the EA App. I only launched the free Steam RedSec version as a troubleshooting step to try forcing a profile/data refresh.
I have already tried:
restarting the game
restarting my PC
logging out of the EA App
clearing EA App caches in %AppData% / ProgramData
logging back in
launching the Steam RedSec/free version to force a profile/data refresh
None of this resolved the issue.
At this point, this appears to be an account entitlement sync issue where the Battle Pass ownership is recognized, but the actual rewards were never granted to the account.
Please advise whether:
this is a known issue,
a fix is currently being worked on,
or whether support needs to manually refresh/regrant the missing entitlements.
This completely ruins the gameplay/progression experience since I paid for rewards that are still inaccessible.
I have the same problem. I've already spoken to two specialists, and neither of them could help. This is complete nonsense. It's been over six months since the release, and they still haven't fixed it. In my country, if they take your money but don't provide the service, it's called fraud.
I am having the same issue, bought the pass, and none of the previous rewards unlocked.
Maybe something todo with retractive apllying all tiers, but they are just checked off.
But in the eu in game currency with a direct monetary value, they can be bought is still counted as currency. Therefor this is indeed fraud if they do not resolve this before the next season.
When I go to 'https://store.ea.com/battlefield/en/battlepass/season-2-battlepass' it seems that the back-end does know that my account owns the Season 2 Battle Pass, but for some reason, the game itself is not in-sync with that. What I hope to hear from anyone here and/or EA support people in the forums is how I can trigger this 'does this user own this content' check.
I’m having the same issue on PS5. I bought the battle pass from the in-game menu after finishing all tiers. It shows the battle pass as active and it deducted the BP coins, but I didn’t receive any items and BP coins even though everything is unlocked.
I’ve seen suggestions to wait 24 hrs... but it’s been around 40 now and nothing has changed. I’ve already tried reinstalling the game, resetting licenses, etc.
Is it even worth opening a ticket at this point? I keep reading that they can’t really do anything about it which is kindof insane and sounds like a fraud

Your situation doesn’t seem quite the same as the one discussed in this thread. Since you mentioned 300, I just wanted to double-check your progress on the free track before the purchase.
Please note that the following rewards were part of the free track:
Recruit Path: 100 BFC (Tier 3)
Death Stalkers: 100 BFC (Tier 3)
Hazardous Front: 100 BFC (Tier 2)
That means if you had already received those 300 BFC from the free track before buying the Battle Pass, then you would not receive an additional 300 BFC on top of that.
Same here. I bought the Battlepass after completing all tiers, however any reward (skins and coins) were unlocked. It's reassuring (i guess?) that i'm not the only one
Just bought battle pass after fully finishing tiers. Didnt get any weapon skins charms Soldier skins or BFC. I got those XP boosters somehow. Dude on support line tells me to contact Steam since i bough it on PC. Trying to tell him i purchased battlepass through in game store. Its nothing to do with Steam. Still refuses to elaborate and tells me to go contact Steam. I paid for some services, didnt get what i paid for. How is that not the textbook definition of fraud.

I do agree that the answer you received from that advisor was not accurate. I’ll pass along internal feedback on your case. While advisors are human and mistakes can happen, I’m sorry about that.
