    Hi all, I think i found the culprit.. I changed the cpu thermal paste some time ago and i prolly dint apply enough.. I re-applied my cpu thermal paste and the FPS went back up to stable 90+ FPS..

    Thanks for all the help and discussion along the way.. I'm going to mark it as solved..

I have the same issue on a much stronger system. I don't think it's just you. 

EA needs to address it. I've tried everything. 
lowering settings, toggling FSR on, off, toggling Anti Lag, you name it. 

i5 13600k

RX 9600XT 16gb 

32GB DDR4 ram

Hey SaltyDragon37​, exactly same issue bro? You gotta restart to make it work? and it still doesn't work sometimes (depends on luck)?
