Ranked RP not moving

Good afternoon,

I was playing BF6 Ranked Battle Royale the other day and for some odd reason my rank is not updating. Like I see it during the game but once the game is over with it resets back to the rank I was before the match started.

why am I not getting no RP

Me and my teammates have not received our RP after the match. We restarted the game but no RP has been awarded to any of our team. Please investigate

It’s really bad, shouldn’t spend points for joining until the game actually starts

When playing Redsec our squad has 2 Playstation users 1 PC and 1 Xbox and when we are matchmaking from the lobby or from a game that just ended the Xbox user doesn't get put in the game with us, like he was never on the party, is frustrating that we have to go back and start matching again and sometimes is till the 3rd time that he finally gets put in with us and Now that there is Ranked if we back out from the chopper when looking for players because he didn't get put with us we get point taken away from us so that's even more frustrating, and it's always the Xbox user.
