I don't believe I am the only one having this issue, but when I play on my Xbox my rank is one thing. Then when I play on PC, my rank resets to Rookie 1 every time. Is the ranked progression not currently shared between platform due to it still being BF Labs? Or is there a fix to this issue? Any help would be great because it is causing issues with playing with some of my friends as when I need to jump on PC they are too far ahead for me to play with.

There has not been much traffic on something like this. Labs have nothing to do with it. Progress is based on the EA account. Right now, though, there are some connection issues with players causing errors, and other issues, so it may be related to that. I would first give it time and play on the one you have it correct on.

Going through a bunch of steps to sync it may not actually do anything at the moment.
sounds good. I have to go back and forth on what i play on for now so i'll just make do. It has been ongoing for a week or so now
Hi it’s been two weeks and my accounts still won’t sync up for ranked. Gold 2 on console still rookie 3 on pc. Same ea account and everything else is good. Account level is good, gun builds, etc. any potential fixes or things to try?
