Refund option's

This is the first time I've had way too many problems with a battlefield I've paid for the game as well as battlepass pro and its a live service so right there i wasn't happy about and all im having is constant issues to the point I have paid for a battlepass that dont work you have taken the money from us all I was not sold a game I was sold a service which isn't something I'd see ea and dice do I have very big concerns on how your going to fix these issues as funding is now low. What options do the players have a refund or compensation for releasing this a bad state im not the only one with issues there is way too many people that ate having issues with no replies one of the issues im having I found out has been going on for over a month despite the updates nothing that needs to be fixed have been instead you concern yourselves on bloom witch is recoil do I ask again what can th players expect  refund compensation or for this game to actually work properly bfv 2042 was bad for most people and now this, bf3 and bf4 will forever be the better games for this franchise and that just sucks
