Refund

I’m writing regarding my refund request submitted on 10th Oct for Battlefield  I purchased but was unable to play due to technical issues on launch day.
Although the transaction is showing as pending, I haven’t yet received confirmation of approval or any indication that the funds have been returned to my payment method. Could you please check the status of my request and let me know whether it has been approved, and if so, when I can expect the refund to appear in my account.
