Question

I am requesting a manual review of the permanent ban on my Battlefield 6 account.

I did not log into or play Battlefield 6 for a period of time prior to the ban, and I have never used cheats, exploits, third-party software, or intentionally abused any game mechanics.No specific evidence or timeframe has been provided for this ban, making it difficult to understand the decision.

If my account was flagged for suspected abnormal behavior, I am willing to cooperate. Although I did not use any exploits, I would accept an account reset if it helps resolve this issue fairly.

I am a preorder Deluxe Edition player and have purchased multiple DLCs. This represents a significant investment, and I sincerely request a human review of my account.

Sorry but it's not possible to have a manual review conducted on these forums, as that's something only EA's Terms of Service team can do through their appeal process. If you haven't submitted an appeal yet, the links in the guide below should let you initiate one.&nbsp;

Hi there im in the same boat as you, can you keep us updated on your appeal just so i know if there is hope cause ive been appealing at least 10 times without success and ive spoken to others facing the same issue?

hello,sorry to hear that but at least you could sent them appeals.I cannot even send my appeal,everytime it showed me that&nbsp; case has not been submitted.

I am in the same boat as you. I was banned in November and my appeal still says Waiting on Studio. So, I doubt they are even looking at it. What the kicker is that it bans you across everything EA related, all games etc.. It has even affected my playtesting account too.

Keep us all posted if you get an update mate.
