RTX 4080 Graphic Card FPS drop

With RTX 4080, the game get 190 FPS or more before on all maps.

After Season 4 Update, the game now only reach until 110 FPS or 95 FPS most of the time on all maps.

Please take a look at it. Wonder if Frame Generation or Future Rendering are still working. I always turned it on.
