Severe slowdown after ~15mins of play.

Hi there folks,

When playing Battlefield 6 (Steam), the game experiences crippling slowdowns after a certain period of time. FPS drops to around 10 and the game becomes  completely unresponsive for a couple seconds. This reliably happens every session after about 10-15mins of play, after which it will repeat in much shorter intervals, sometimes more than once per minute. The time it takes for this issue to appear seems to be linked to the graphics settings. When lowering the FPS cap or resolution, it takes noticeably longer to happen, but it still does so 100% reliably.

I've monitored my hardware and noticed that CPU, GPU and RAM resource usage sharply declines every time it happens. Temps of both GPU and CPU are always in a normal range.

My setup is:

4070 SUPER
I7 13700KF
64GB DDR4 
The games on an NVME SSD.

This issue is only present in the full release builds of the game. I was able to play the Open Beta back in August without issue. This issue does not appear in other games or apps. I have tested my hardware to the best of my ability and it looks to be fully intact. 

So yeah, I am at a bit of a loss here on how to fix this. Have never had an issue like this, so I'd really appreciate any help!
