Short freezes on spawnscreen.

Hey there, im playing on PC/Steam. Since patch 1.3.1,  i'm getting short freezes at the spawnscreen when changing my loadout. The rest of the game runs just fine.

    Hey tehKD​. Have you tried resetting your settings or repairing the game files to check for any possible errors? Are all drivers up to date?
