Ki1ikayaG3n simulation (SIM) showing 60fps is normal. The game server is running at a 60Hz network tick rate, so SIM only needs to send 60 network updates per second to the game server.
The millisecond (ms) number in SIM is how fast client-side simulation is running. 2.3ms equals.
(1000ms ÷ 2.3ms = 434fps)
434fps (2.3ms) for SIM and 625fps (1.6ms) for CPU seems strange. I'm guessing you have frame generation enabled and it's skewing the numbers.
