We are unable to connect to EA servers when my son tries to play Battlefield 6 on our PS5. The same console and network work perfectly when I log in with my own PSN account, but his account always shows the error code 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B

We have already:

Rebuilt the PS5 database and cleared cache
Tried both wired and Wi-Fi connections
Allowed access for his PSN child account to play the game

However, his EA account cannot be age-verified or linked properly on ea.com, even though parental permission is granted on PlayStation. It seems the issue is related to his EA account not being recognized or limited due to age. Please assist with verifying or linking his EA account so he can access Battlefield online.
