Any word for you? I have yet to hear anything, and I reached out directly to one of EA's community leaders (the one that does most of the announcements for BF6). It's incredibly frustrating to be into the window of timed content I paid for and be entirely unable to access the game 19 days after it released, with absolutely no communication from the company.

I finally requested a refund on Steam. It's been 3 weeks. That's long enough to at least make a statement, in my opinion. I'm very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to this game
