The only solution was to use a VPN to connect.
However, if you connect using a VPN, you will suffer a lot of damage in PING, which will change the calculation of the time when a bullet hits, causing a great disruption in gaming.
Many people are having trouble getting refunds or playing the game due to this issue, so I hope this issue is resolved quickly.

I’ve had the same issue since launch, and a VPN is the only thing that works. As you said, though, the game becomes unplayable due to ping. They have yet to even acknowledge this issue, so don’t get your hopes up for a fix.
