STILL EA GAME CRASHING!

I have been trying to play the not Battlefield BR all day and every few games it will just dashboard. I was working with EA guy to troubleshoot everything know to man and under the sun and still nothing works. Every few games wither its the new BR or NHL 26 my game crashes after playing for little bit. Can EA reach out and see if they can help out on their end?
