Same here, actually even worse. I'm having a very specific problem: when I open the game map, it drops to 10 FPS, which is ridiculous.
I've tried everything, literally. I formatted my operating system, tested all Nvidia drivers, reinstalled my BIOS (since it's the latest version), tested all in-game settings, disabled e cores into the BIOS, tested that user.cfg file, and nothing, absolutely nothing works...

Same here, man. It's very frustrating that they're not saying anything about the issue, leaving us in the dark. I've been having stuttering and inconsistent FPS problems for almost a month now, only in this awful game.
The worst part is when I open the game map and it drops to a ridiculous 10 FPS and constant stuttering starts until it regains some stability. Not to mention that the FPS doesn't go above 60 even if I reduce everything to the lowest possible settings in 1080p, which is ridiculous.
I thought the problem might be with my PC since I recently built it, but I've played several other games and haven't had any problems, including recently playing Alan Wake 2 in 4K!!! (with performance upscaling and some settings on medium/high, of course) and impressively, I had NO problems in 25 hours of gameplay.
Apparently it's a game optimization problem with E-Cores, but even disabling them in the BIOS doesn't improve performance, which is... strange.

Also open notepad, copy paste these lines, save as “User.cfg” inside your bf6 folder where the exe is located (under steam common for me). Make sure you set to “all files” right under where you name it. Make sure it saved as a cfg file not txt. If that doesnt work try changing the 8’s to 4’s and the 16 to an 8. This might fix your problem aswell. Horrible cpu scheduling and latency in their code

Your cpu only supports up to 2666mhz ddr4.I know this sounds redundant but try switching your xmp profile back to auto. If its on auto set it to the xmp 2.0 profile in bios, as long as it doesnt go above 2666mhz. For some reason only bf6 doesnt like my ram timings, when i enable my auto profile with 15-15-15-15-36 and isolate the game to one ccd it works. Any other way it wont. This update brought this problem back for me, i had it gone

What are your specs? This update destroyed the game in a thousand ways for certain cpu users
Probably, like some other players, your keyboard inputs mess with mouse movement, making it lag, there are other tickets on forums about this too.

Switching Steam Friends to offline trick doesnt work btw.
