Sudden FPS drop in game after recent BF6 update

on steam PC Before the patch, I could reach ~140–160 FPS on ultrawide and ~200 FPS on 1080p. Now, even with the same settings, FPS drops drastically in-game by 30–40 FPS while lobby FPS remains extremely high. This looks like a possible performance regression in the game engine or recent patch.

  • after running the game consistently between 110-120 fps with dlss balanced. I was getting 40-60 fps after the latest update. I reinstalled the nvidia driver and verified the files on steam. then restarted my pc and I am back to my original fps.

  • Same here, just on the EA app instead of Steam. Was getting consistently 80-100 fps and now I can barely get above 55. Settings are all at the lowest and it actually looked really good for having all the settings on low. Was having a blast. Now I can't even play.

i have the same issue my fps drops suddenly form 110 to sometimes even 70.  Especially on map like manhattan bridge or liberal operation. When i chnage quality from ultra on high the game feels even worse.
