Suggest adjusting the minimum players to start.
I suggest changing Team Deathmatch and Assault modes so that they can start with 10 players plus AI bots, instead of waiting for a full 16 players — right now it takes over an hour to fill up a match.

Or maybe check it — I’m not sure if “Rush mode” is the right translation.
It might be a regional issue for you, I just played a team deathmatch game a bit earlier an the server filled up in about 3 to 4 minutes.
