Time nudge over 2000

Never had a problem on BF6 until the latest update , its now unplayable. Its as if my movements are in slow motion, and I am assuming this is what people have called time nudge issues?

I have a 10850k intel processor, 32 gb dual stick ram, amd 3070Ti graphics card, more than enough to play the game maxed out and smooth which it has been for the last 39 hrs of play.

Have tried all the recommendations so far but nothing makes any difference. there must be others with a similar issue?

Any help appreciated, how do I send this to EA to look at?
