I also send a ticket and after 2 generic mails and probably an AI response i received an of topic response about Phantom edition skins not received and it being resolved and they closed my first ticket. So i opened a second one, me seeing so many rewards are missing from everyone i went to check in detail and half my Beta rewards are missing to, i saw one beta reward i received and i presumed i've received them all, nope...a lot of them are missing. In fact i did not receive a single soldier skin and a single weapon package skin.
I have 8 skins missing. EA please fix this, we did our end of the bargain, do yours and deliver on your promises.
