Unable to connect to ea servers and start the game

Problem is that we canno't start the game and it's giving errors that we are unable to connect ea servers.

We are using playstation family app. My boy is 10 and I have give him the license to play the game but still the game doesn't start. 

Any ideas? I think it's something to do with the age limit's but is there any possibilities to play the game and use playstation family app....
