Unable to Connect to EA servers

my son recently purchased the BF6 game for our PS5 under his child accounts email (which I have given approval through EA multiple times) however, when downloaded, the game continues to state "Connec...

For additional context, the purchase of the game went through his EA email yet still the game will not load for his account.
