URGENT HELP PROBLEM PS5 PRO

Question

Need URGENT&nbsp; help. I was playing a multiplayer Battlefield 6 match on Ps5 Pro and out of nowhere my screen froze, along with the game showing a frozen sound and then a green screen that lasted a few seconds. My PS5 Pro restarted and everything seems to be back to normalHas this happened to anyone else? , PLEASE HELP

Sounds like a hardware crash. If it keeps occuring and factory resetting the console doesn't fix it, then it might be time for a new console.

I would first try installing the game on a different SSD. For example installing the game on the internal SSD instead of the external SSD, or vice versa.
