Very High ping Europe server with Starlink

I'll start by saying I'm connected via LAN cable, but unfortunately, the latency never drops below 60-80 ms, while in other games I'm comfortably at 25-30 ms. I've tried both Google and Cloudflare's DNS, but nothing changes. Anyone else experiencing these issues?

I'm in Italy and I assume there is some routing problem to the servers?!?
