What fresh frustrating hell is this... (Mouse Sens Insanity image attached)

Something is completely **bleep** broken with the mouse sens settings. 

If i go into Settings-->Gameplay--->Infantry Mouse Aim Sensitivity. I appearantly have a 5 METER 360' rotation at 800 dpi. However even worse if i go to;

Settings--->Mouse & Keyboard--->Infantry Mouse Aim Sensitivity. the 360 rotation value seems to be calculated right, but it's value is locked to double the value og the gameplay---->Mouse Aim sens. Meaning one will be 5 the other 10 - if i change the "5" setting to "10" then the other setting will change to "20" and vice versa.
