Why Am I being Forced to Play as a Female if I choose the Support Class?

Made a similar post regarding this a while back. They have a quota if you look closely. Half of each squad is male/female by default. They messed up the NATO faction so that only women can be supports. I’m assuming it’s a combination of progressive LA devs and Blackrock ESG money. Either way, the lack of player choice is unacceptable to say the least. Women are rarely if ever in combat, even in modern militaries. They shouldn’t be half the playable operators.
