Someone else posted this in another thread but this bug and its bypass is reproducible. I really hope they are working on a fix because this is beyond unacceptable.
Here is how you can test it. Move the mouse left and right while pushing either A and D or 1,2 and 3. This will cause the really bad frame skipping and stutter.
Now do it again but hold down the Alt key at the same time. The stutter goes away completely. I have no idea why this works but it does. I probably did this 20 times in a game at spawn and a safe captured flag to test it out. Anyone looking at my character probably thought it was having a stroke.
Post back in this thread if you can reproduce both the stutter and not stutter back to back. I may record it and upload to youtube for reference.
You're right, bro! As long as you hold down the Alt key—remember, keep it held down—the problem disappears. I have no idea why it works, but it actually does!
Want to know my "fix," man? I literally used a piece of tape to hold down the Right Alt key on my keyboard. That's it. Problem perfectly solved!
I tried this, with both left/right Alt keys. Does not work for me.

That's terrible, bro. But I still wanted to confirm if we're experiencing the same thing: I found that whenever I repeatedly press that "key" that causes the lag, EA Javelin's CPU usage instantly spikes from 0.1% to over 10%. Are you experiencing the same thing?
