Winter Offensive update v1.1.3.0/v1.1.3.1 - keyboard + mouse stuttering/hitching

This is my 3rd update Winter Offensive update v1.1.3.0 and Hot fix v1.1.3.1 - I know its Christmas time so I don't expect a solution for this in the next few weeks, but I still want to share my issue...

I tried this, with both left/right Alt keys. Does not work for me.

That's terrible, bro. But I still wanted to confirm if we're experiencing the same thing: I found that whenever I repeatedly press that "key" that causes the lag, EA Javelin's CPU usage instantly spikes from 0.1% to over 10%. Are you experiencing the same thing?
