XBox - Cannot start a game

I played a few matches yesterday but this morning (10/12/2025) I cannot even start the matchmaking process. I see a few things online saying that they are stuck loading into a match or something like that but I can't even get that far.

I select a game mode and hit start but nothing happens. I still says start in the bottom left over the game mode and I see my character in the empty lobby but it never starts matchmaking. I've tried closing and restarting the game (going to home, clicking start button on game, and quit game) and restarting my xbox but no luck. Is there a workaround for this?

I've also gotten the "servers are full, you are queued at position xxxx" message once while trying to login so maybe there are too many people and it's crashing their servers?
