Seems the xbox hard crash issue is still present in the full game, Any idea on what causes it / how to fix it? I am experiencing frequent crashes while playing Battlefield 6 on my Xbox Series X (purchased February 2022). The game often crashes (after playing from 5 to 10 minutes) to the Xbox desktop or occasionally causes the console to shut down with a black screen. This occurs in both multiplayer matches and single player campaign, as well as during map selection in custom search.I have tried both Performance and Fidelity graphics modes.Other demanding games on my console (Battlefield 2042, Forza Horizon 4/5, Microsoft Flight Simulator, NHL series, Mafia: Definitive Edition) run for hundreds of hours without crashing, so I don't think it's an issue with my console.I have already reset my console to factory settings and confirmed the latest updates from Xbox and Battlefield are installed. Please advise if there are any known issues or workarounds, or if there is a fix planned. I really want to play this game as a BF 20+ years veteran.

if you had crashing issues on the Battlefield 6 open beta, I unfortunately have bad news as this problem is still very much happening. Three out of the four games I played crashed within 5/10 minutes, one of which shut off my entire console (as was the case on the beta). I have gone ahead and already requested a refund. Extremely disappointed.

I had this issue on Beta and now on the release. They won’t/will not acknowledge the issue. I am so pissed I was excite me this whole week to play BF6 on Friday but was only left with disappointment. I’m just going to get a refund. Very disappointed in EA/Dice.

Not sure if some were aware but there was an issue with a large number but not all Xbox series X players where the game would crash all the time and even turn the console off. I have been waiting until release to see and hope that this issue had been fixed. To those who had problems in the beta if you have bought it is it actually working or still the same problem? TYIA

We gotta make more noise. Thats the only way this gets addressed. Im about to email the ceo of DICE personally on this. Its completely unacceptable this has been a thing since the beta. PC PS and XBX. Still happening and no deleting or reinstalling does anything. Tried so many different things and NOTHING works. Its ONLY THIS GAME i can play anything else just fine.

Problem solve for me since it is on gamepass, only don't download multiplayer hd pack and it works perfect, after a Lot off hours playing the problem is not happening anymore. A YEAR, I WAITED 1 FKN YEAR finally TT-TT

I’ve been experiencing the same issue on both Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.
Before the Season 1 release, I had exactly the same problem on my Xbox Series S. After upgrading to an Xbox Series X, the issue is still happening.
The game runs fine for about 1.5–2 hours, then the console suddenly shuts down completely without any overheating warning. This only happens in Battlefield 6. I can play other demanding games like Call of Duty, Forza Horizon 5, and Microsoft Flight Simulator for many hours without any crashes or shutdowns.
I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting steps, including power cycling the console, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game, but nothing has fixed the problem.
Please investigate this issue. Since the same problem happens on both my Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, it doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue. Many other Xbox players are reporting the exact same behavior. Any update from the development team would be greatly appreciated.

Funny enough, they STILL haven't fixed it or even simply acknowledged it 😒 I'm on ps5 and i haven't even been able to play since day 1! They wanted to cater to pc players so bad to the point where they are the only ones who can even play! The game literally pushes consoles past its limits and there's nothing we can even do about it. New console, old console, dirty console, clean console it literally does not matter it's either barely playable for certain people or its completely unplayable for MOST of us. Cant post about it on tiktok or reddit without all the "super smart" pc dudes attacking you in the comments to say your console is dirty when this issue literally affects BRAND NEW CONSOLES smdh

It’s still a big issue with me it crashes within 5 minutes of playing the game and it shuts my Xbox off too if anyone has any suggestions on fixing this please let me know
