Seems the xbox hard crash issue is still present in the full game, Any idea on what causes it / how to fix it?
Its only on battlefield 6 i have this problem so im wary of a hardware issue but seems to be limited to said console

Xbox Series X kept crashing, so I switched to PS5 Pro. 20+ hours of solid play, so far no issues. Pricey, but highly recommended. Xbox Series X crashes ruined my fun, and I refuse to waste more hours on frustration. It's disappointing EA and Battlefield Studios ignore Xbox users' issues, but I love the game enough to switch consoles.
Exactly, I totally agree! It is EA! I've never had a problem with any other game. I even purchased a brand new Xbox series X and it does the same thing!!!
I've tried the game on two different consoles.. and it still is a hard crash it will actually turn my Xbox off. This is the only game that does this!!! I even purchased an exterior fan to help cool the processor and it still doesn't help. You would figure EA would fix this instead of adding more of the stupid stickers and items to hang on your gun!?!?!?!?
I'm having the exact same problem! I've never had this problem with any other game I've played. I started playing with 2042 and it affected my Xbox causing it to crash. Battlefield 6 did the same thing with that console. So I purchased a brand new console and now it does the same thing it totally shuts my console off. I even purchased an exterior fan to try to help keep it cool and it doesn't help. Several of my friends are having the exact same problem. So it's definitely a problem with the game not the console.

Well I used my son's series s xbox and downloaded just redsec and not the whole game and I played for hours without any issue. I've had my series X since the original release date so I wonder if thats a problem. If anything changes I'll update
Have you tried turning VRR off in xbox settings?
after every troubleshoot imaginable, after countless attempts of trying to just FINISH a game, after spending HUNDREDS of dollars on another console, it just won’t stop crashing on me. no updates have helped, no acknowledgment of an update to fix. i feel so crushed and defeated. no refund, no help, it’s always someone saying i “need to do that” or “this might help” i PROMISE if you listed it, i have done it. NOTHING has remotely helped. challenges have been difficult to complete bc ill be 1-2 things away from completing and BAM xbox crashes to home or resets. Redsec?? HA, can’t experience what a win on there is like when its down to the final 2 squads and the intensity is interrupted with my game crashing right before the win. Never in my life have i had an issue with a game crashing btw. No upvotes from the community to help get EA’s attention on the matter, Googles even gotten to the point it offers the same troubleshooting methods on the top result that may have helped others but hasn’t helped me. i’m crushed dude
