4 Battlefield 6 accounts permanently banned with the same reason on the same PC
My first BF6 account was permanently banned on June 19, 2026 for “Gameplay Enhancement”. At the time, I had DS4Windows and related components such as ViGEmBus and HidHide installed, but I had no idea they could be considered problematic by EA Javelin Anti-Cheat. I was not using them to cheat or gain any unfair advantage.
After the first ban, I started investigating possible causes and removed those components. However, three additional EA accounts on the same PC were also permanently banned for the exact same reason on August 3, August 20 and August 22.
Before the fourth account, I completely removed DS4Windows and verified that ViGEmBus, HidHide and related drivers/services were no longer installed. The fourth account was still banned for “Gameplay Enhancement”.
I believe the later bans may be linked to the original sanction through the same PC/device.
I want EA to manually review my original ban. I never intentionally used cheats or unauthorized tools, and I did not know DS4Windows or its related drivers could cause an anti-cheat issue. My original account can no longer be appealed through Penalty History, so I am asking for another way to have the case reviewed and, if this was a false positive or incorrect detection, to have the ban removed.
