Input lag, frame pacing, and stuttering are broken in season 3

Since the Season 3 update, as the title mentions, it completely broke my experience with the game, to the point where I stopped playing.

I don't have the best processor (a Ryzen 7 5800x), but before the update, it ran perfectly with smooth frame pacing, limiting the FPS to 120 or 100 to prevent the cores from reaching 90 or 100%.

Now it's impossible. The mouse feels laggy, and there are FPS drops, even on the smallest maps. I didn't make any modifications other than the update, and from what I've read, many people are reporting the same issue.

Ojala lo solucionen porque de verdad tuve que abandonarlo y me gusta muchisimo y hasta dias atras lo podia jugar sin problemas.
