Unknown error doesn't let me play

An unknown error keeps pumping up everytime I open the game. Error code 0:85009S if I scan the QR it takes to a random article page that's poorly written and offers 0 help about what to do. 

If I close the error it opens again. It kicks me out of the matchs just to close ir and start again.  Since last patch update I haven't been able to play quietly a single match.

EA team solutions please.
