NÃO ESTOU GANHANDO XP EM MAPA OFICIAL

desde a madrugada de hoje 08/11 / 2025, não estou ganhando XP em mapas oficiais, tanto conquista, arena, battleroyaler.
Já reiniciei, já troquei de arma, mas ainda sim continuo ganhando no maximo 200 de XP a partida inteira, tendo conquistado e matado players

Since the early morning of today, November 8th, 2025, I haven't been earning XP in official maps, whether Conquest, Arena, or Battle Royale.

Queria saber se é um bug ou alguma penalidade
