Mistakenly banned?

Hi there.  I have been playing bf since 1942 . My steam account is almost 20 years old and I have huge inventory there. I never used any kind of software and yesterday I got msg that I’m permanently banned. Could anyone explain the reason since the support is not answering me at all. Moreover I gifted this game to 3 my others friends via steam and we only played together.
