TAhe game launches but the match doesn't start

Hello there. The issue occured a week ago. NB: I haven't change anything in my setup or hardware. The game ran smoothly before that.

Check the video. The app starts, the match doesn't start and the character even freezes. By the way, the single-player works nice. What should I try?
