“Request for Refund of Battlefield 4 Premium Pass - Purchased Today”

I bought the Battlefield 4 Premium Pass at around 6 PM today, mistakenly thinking it included the base game. After purchase, I realized it’s just a DLC that requires the standard game to run, which I don’t own. I have already requested a refund for the base game and would now like to cancel my Premium Pass purchase as well. My order number is 1006336421653 and I hope to process this refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.

    Refunds can't be provided here, unfortunately. However, you can try requesting one through EA Help. This guide should let you check eligibility and apply for a refund if applicable. There's also a contact option for EA Help at the very end.

    Just to make you aware, though, DLC usually isn't refundable, so it may not be possible in this case.
