100% disk usage

So, I'd like to know if the 100% use of the disk during the loading level is normal, i don't know whether this is a problem or not. If it is, i'd like your support to fix it.  

SPECS: Asus G75v

i7-3630QM 2.40Ghz-3.40GHz

GTX670mx

8gb RAM

1TB HD 5400

Windows 8.1 x64

battlefield 4

    Its normally manually done updating wise on Intel RST. did you check the bios for what mode your SATA controller is set in i.e AHCI or IDE?
