(360) BF4 Beta did not show up using my account, but did with my brothers account, can I still play on mine?

I used EA's guide to get BF4 beta, and it didn't work. Each time I signed into my account, it reloaded back to dashboard, and the exclusive beta disappeared. I decided to sign into my brothers account to see if it would work, surprise surprise, it did. BF4 Beta is downloading now, will I be able to play it on my account? Why did it not work for mine? I'm glad at least if necessary I can play it, even if it's not my account, but still, what happened there?
