No, that's just silly. Either you collected the field manual earlier or either it is a wrong box you came near. For info on field manuals and box locations go to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsoLaySe1dI It contains all field manual locations, if you are sure you haven't collected that one, you can't open a single one, and you are sure that is the right location try contacting ea.

    Well sorry to tell you bud but lots of people are having the problem it says I haven’t collected it yet either but I can’t open it
