A Field Manual Box Not Opening - Through Mud and Blood

The glitch/bug is also still prevalent in my game, now in early 2018. I could open every other box and take the field manual in Breakdown but the one in the mill is impossible to aquire. I tried blowing it up with a grenade, loosening the wall, melee attacked it, shot it, tried to Q-scout it... nothing brought any reaction. It would be quite nice of EA if they dug into this problematic.
