About unlocked at the phantom program

I have this problem. I have done all assignments and I still get this message see here

I don't see any message there. The "Unlocked via the phantom program" text is just the description of the camo. Don't worry about that.

As soldato says, it's just a description. Nothing that should stop you from using the camo.

(by the way, why Defensive perk? I haven't seen anyone running it on Engi in a while, so I'm curious; improving your close combat chances?)

I dont get it... then how come that I cant see the camo on my guns then ?

That is a soldier camo. To see it on your guns you need to equip it on the guns as well.

That is it call in the equip?

Because it is also not in the equip list.
