I am really sorry for those troubles with the game. Battlefield 1 is an action game about World War 1 events, and it was rated as  M 17+ by ESRB. So no one bellow this age should be allowed to play the game (age rating for different countries may vary). Also check this article here, on the matter of Child EA Account .
