I forgot my password, and kept trying various combinations before I realized to go the EA site to get it reset. Now it says there have been too many attempts with an invalid password and I cannot login even after getting my password reset. There appears to be no way in game to reset the account. Help!!!

If he reinstall the game making a clear install the game logs will be clear, maybe its possible that he can re enter in the account again if he type the email and the password right.
Its a shot in the dark since I never see the game block the login for a long time.
Maybe he should try connect using another account and see if the problem is really in his account.
