    Uninstalling my drivers and reinstalling fresh SERIOUSLY fixed my problem, would recommend doing it first, follow step by step not to screw anything up.

@Kamselya are you using discord as well when this is happening? I've seen this happen after the latest discord patch and it's related to the discord overlay automatically turning itself on. The issue goes away if I disable the discord overlay.
