After waiting over 10 days still no email or money after refunding battlefield 1

I have refunded battlefield 1 because i am very unhappy with the gameplay (just not my type of fps game) and i decided to refund under the refund policy. Its been easily over 10 days and i have not got any emails or information about my refund and neither have i got my money back. In my order history it says 'refund requested' under battlefield 1 and after pressing it it opens a page that says 'sorry, that page doesn't exist!'. I tried to contact ea over live chat and have had 0 success. Waited a total of over 10 hours using different browsers and selecting different countries. Neither option worked. I also tried different topics, like not selecting battlefield in the help option but origin instead. Nothing has worked and i haven't found a solution online. This is disgusting.

    As you probably still need help here's how to contact EA through the phone.

    "If you prefer to call EA directly and don’t mind the possibility of having to wait on hold, our Advisors are available to take your call  Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. GMT.* Telephone: If you are in the UK, you can dial 0203 014 1818 and if you are outside the UK calling internationally, the number is +44 203 014 1818.   • I'm usually connected to EA live chat within like 5-10 minutes.

    If different browsers don't work you probably have some internet security application blocking it by mistake.

    I removed all plugins and etc still didnt work. nothing in my applications is blocking it. :/

    I'm in the same boat. nearly 7 days. i see EA's customer service is still proudly bottom shelf.

    its been like 2 days and still no reply for ea for helping me, what is this? This is unbelievable

    You already know that Answer HQ has ZERO responsibility for any selling, refunding, any BUSINESS.  You got your answer from an AHQ Hero already.  We send no one any eMails, we aren't at all part of a selling or refunding procedure here.  We can try to help when your browser is in conflict, and Carbonic told you what you need to do.

    Just a quick update. 13 days, 3 emails and 14 combined hours waiting on ea chat. No plugins conflicting with the connection. Its not the money that bothers me its the disrespect being shown by this clown town run company to its customers. Surely i'm not the only one.

    Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. Your fellow gamers on this forum don't have access to your account in any way. To get direct support contact an EA Advisor directly! You will have to go to:

    http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
    First, select the game:

    Then select your platform:



    Now select and describe your problem (or as close as you can get):

    You will now get shown the most optimal way to contact EA with your given problem:


    The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top right corner:



    Changing the above language to United States or similar countries with large support departments can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

    If the ways to contact EA or the live chat or similar does not appear try another browser, disabling browser addons/extensions or internet security applications which might be blocking it, clearing the browser cache and temporary files or try it in a private browser tab.

    I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.

    Ive just told you i tried that you useless *. This is starting to get on my nerves. I waited so long and nothing. A lot of people have had the same issue as i am having right now. Unbelievable.
