After waiting over 10 days still no email or money after refunding battlefield 1
I have refunded battlefield 1 because i am very unhappy with the gameplay (just not my type of fps game) and i decided to refund under the refund policy. Its been easily over 10 days and i have not got any emails or information about my refund and neither have i got my money back. In my order history it says 'refund requested' under battlefield 1 and after pressing it it opens a page that says 'sorry, that page doesn't exist!'. I tried to contact ea over live chat and have had 0 success. Waited a total of over 10 hours using different browsers and selecting different countries. Neither option worked. I also tried different topics, like not selecting battlefield in the help option but origin instead. Nothing has worked and i haven't found a solution online. This is disgusting.
