Any way to transfer wrongly-inputted Collector's Edition code

When I went to input the code for the special 1911 skin I put it on the wrong platform by accident and now I think it's on my origin account which I have never even used before. I play bf1 on the ps4 I don't even have a copy on pc and when I try the code again it has become invalid. Is there any way to remove it from my unused ea origin account and move to ps4? I have tried contacting ea support for 3 days with no reply
